The Pattern of Everything?

Postby danshelper » Sat Jan 29, 2011 10:58 pm

Has anyone here come across or studied the insight, or what he would define as divine revelation, of Dr. Henry Kinley? I came across a document many weeks ago while “waiting it out” through the Christmas season and have been pondering this information.

Dr. Kinley believes that the pattern of the tabernacle given to Moses on Mt. Sinai is representative of YHWH, who is the Archetype (original) of the Universe (http://www.ayahasherayah.org/images/elohim.pdf) and that all created things reflect this tabernacle pattern (http://www.soundingthetrumpet.com/tab.htm).

Please understand that I do not put this forth as endorsement of all that I’ve read, but there is definitely truth within the voluminous documents from several websites that publish Dr. Kinley’s insights. A note of caution - if you read any of the transcripts of his lectures, his conversational lecture format and colloquial speaking style can be frustrating to read. There is an entire Wikipedia site devoted to these lectures: http://wiki.thepatternofeverything.org/ ... =Main_Page

This is definitely not for those who have condemned Shaul/Paul of Tarsus. Thanks for your thoughts.

I can honestly say I've never heard of this fellow before your post, DH.

Downloading the PDF, and shall hopefully be able to read it over the course of the week :)

I have to say I have not heard of him either.

The idea dosen't seem illogical though - the Tabernacle being, even if he is wrong/crazy on most of his conclusions, a kinda picture or plan for existence almost. Personally without any reading I could see it being a picture of at least the "Eden" situation or maybe even what had to be put in place after that Eden messup. Thinking about it a little more the Tabernacle is a portable temple and if we are to believe the eye witness reports in the NT then the temple curtain tore in two, allowing access into the Set Apart place.

I think Mr Michael "Large Beard" Rood has spoken on some things about the tabernacle that he has researched - although I can't remember if it was anything like this.

But anyway - interesting find. :)
